Our classes provide a community learning and training environment where you will be guided through a warmup followed by exercises and progressions suitable to your level. You will find your self-working hard yet safety, slowly progressing towards more challenging calisthenic and bodyweight movement goals.

STEP 1

Purchase a membership or casual class pass. If you are already a member skip to Step 2.

STEP 4

Arrive at class 5 minutes early. Be sure to wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Shoes are optional. Please bring water.

STEP 2

Review the timetable​ and class descriptions then book your self into your preferred class or classes. The further you book ahead the less chance of your favorite class selling out.

Do your best. Remember its not a race or a competition. Some days will be better than others. Turn up, do the work, go home happy. Simple.

Class descriptions

Bodyweight

Bodyweight classes are for all ability levels. Classes will use predominantly bodyweight exercise to provide a well-rounded workout addressing strength and mobility requirements to develop muscular skeletal health and performance. You will be carefully progressed towards increasingly challenging movements and exercises.

open gym

Open gym is a less structured session where you are free to focus on training towards your own goals. A coach will be present and available to provide guidance on exercise selection and programming. If you are following your own programming and looking for a place to train, this session is for you.

Beginner Bodyweight Strength and mobility

Beginner bodyweight strength and mobility is designed for the absolute beginner. If you are older, and/or have not been active in a very long time but want to reclaim your health. This class will rebuild you from the ground up in a very safe, gradual manner. Teaching you daily exercise habits, this class will put you back in control, dust off the cobwebs and regain lost mobility

Mobility

Mobility class will focus on flexibility, stability and joint preparation. This is the perfect class to compliment your training. Addressing mobility restrictions such as tight shoulders, hips and weakness at end ranges of flexibility. This class is a must to really focus on increasing your resilience and allowing you to train harder pain free.
