Bodyweight and Mobility Classes

Our classes provide a community learning and training environment where you will be guided through a warmup followed by exercises and progressions suitable to your level. You will find your self-working hard yet safety, slowly progressing towards more challenging calisthenic and bodyweight movement goals.

STEP 1

Purchase a membership or casual class pass. If you are already a member skip to Step 2.

STEP 4

Arrive at class 5 minutes early. Be sure to wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Shoes are optional. Please bring water.

STEP 2

Review the timetable​ and class descriptions then book your self into your preferred class or classes. The further you book ahead the less chance of your favorite class selling out.

STEP 5

Do your best. Remember its not a race or a competition. Some days will be better than others. Turn up, do the work, go home happy. Simple.

STEP 3

Check your email and make sure everything is booked as you intended.

STEP 6

It's time to book your next class! Return to Step 1. Follow us on social media and be sure to let us know what you thought of the class.
