Hybrid Challenge

You have signed up for 6 weeks of top-level coaching, programming, cooking instruction, mobility, mindfulness and accountability.

In order to enjoy a full refund of your bond, you are required to:

1. Attend 3 x face to face personal training sessions with Dan

2. Attend 2 x group classes as timetabled at The Bodyweight Gym.

3. Your daily tasks.

4. Keep this routine in place for 6 weeks

Now you have paid your bond, your first step is to register for your class members, this will allow you to book into your classes:
