Personal Training

Personal training, 1 on 1 or 1 on 2, is a great way to focus on your goals. I will work with a limited number of clients to develop their health and fitness and progress them towards their specific goals. I can assist in general strength and mobility as well as skill specific work such as hand-balancing, gymnastic ring work, and other advanced bodyweight exercises. ​

Personal Training sessions can be booked any time outside of timetabled class times.
